The short version
Tenths has no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. We don’t run servers that receive your data, and we can’t see where you drive.
What the app stores
The drives you take (times, routes, distances and places), the places and vehicles you add, and your settings. All of it is stored on your iPhone. If you turn on iCloud sync, it is also stored in your private iCloud database, which only your Apple Account can access.
Location and motion
Tenths uses your location, including in the background, only to detect and record drives. Motion & Fitness data is used only to tell when you’re in a car. This information doesn’t leave your device except in files you choose to export or in your private iCloud.
Purchases
Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple. We don’t receive your payment details.
Maps and addresses
To show maps and turn coordinates into street names, Tenths uses Apple Maps services, which Apple provides under its own privacy policy.
Your choices
You can export or delete everything at any time in Settings › Your data. Deleting the app deletes its data from your iPhone.
Children
Tenths is a business tool and isn’t directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
